About My Legacy Chapters
Most families mean to write down Grandma's stories one day. We make it easy enough that it actually happens.
What we do
We turn the memories of one person into a finished book: a PDF for the whole family, or a printed and bound copy. The storyteller answers a guided interview, one question at a time, by typing or speaking. Gentle follow-up questions bring out the names, places and small details that make a memory come alive.
How the chapters are written
Our smart writing process turns the answers into chapters in the writing style you choose, and keeps names, dates and places consistent across the whole book. Nothing is added that the storyteller did not say. You read every chapter, ask for changes in your own words, and approve it before it goes in the book.
What we care about
- The storyteller's own voice. Their words and memories, not a template.
- Privacy. A life story is personal. Only your family and our team can read it, we never sell it, and we delete it after the keeping period. See our privacy policy.
- No pressure. Answer at your own pace, skip any question, and pay chapter by chapter if you like.
